Benefit Concert — Doctors for Global Health - Europe

Good news! We now have a network of DGH supporters in Europe!

The DGH-Europe group will be celebrating its second meeting in Málaga, Spain, from the 28th to the 30th of March 2008. We will be holding several awareness events during this period.

University of Málaga Photo Exhibition:

The University of Málaga's Health Sciences College will be hosting a photo exhibition from the 24th -28th of March on the DGH community-based rehabilitation project in Santa Marta, El Salvador by two graduate students of this University.

DGH Benefit Concert

On Saturday 29th of March at 6:30 pm in the Sala Canillas de Albaida of the Centro Cívico of Málaga we are holding a benefit concert supporting local Spanish musicians and artists.

• The €8 entrance ticket can either be bought directly at the venue on the same day of the event, at the stand at the University Escuela de Ciencias de la Salud during the week of the 24th of march, or by contacting us directly.

The money raised will help to directly support non-governmental projects compatible with the DGH principles of action. DGH's approach is to accompany communities with small, community-oriented health initiatives that also promote human rights, encourage sustainability, and respect environmental concerns.
