Many of us don't have the time that it takes to volunteer internationally for extended periods of time, but there are many opportunities to volunteer domestically to help DGH continue to promote health and human rights with those who have no voice.
By working over email and Skype from wherever you live, we would appreciate your time and expertise in fundraising and grant writing through the Development and Finance Committee, helping to educate and support others through the Advocacy and Human Rights committee, or to organize volunteer information and packages through the International Volunteer Committee.
If you're interested in any of these opportunities, please complete the volunteer application and indicate the committee or the project that you're most interested in as well as the time that you have available to commit to the work of the organization.
This is where the majority of the work of our organization occurs. Committees are made up of Board members, advisory council members, and other domestic volunteers who are interested in participating.
How to become a domestic volunteer:
If you believe in our mission, have skills to share, time to burn, and most of all a desire to help, please complete the volunteer application form. We will work with you to create an experience that best suits your and our needs.
